- Mastering the professional knowledge and the techniques of working within the complex organizational system of a tourism mediation company

- Design a business organization in commercial and special departments of an agency.
- Identify and compare the types of tourism agencies and comment on their operational characteristics and position in relation to the entire system of business relations in tourism.
- Identify stages in the creation of tourism arrangements, the calculation of the prices, tariffs and placement of them.
- Manage, analyze and evaluate the business outcomes of a travel agency with the identification of the specifics of the financial business of the agency.
- Review the legal aspects of the travel agency's business with partners and clients.

The theory of mediation in tourism. Association of tourism agencies. Types and subdivisions of tourism agencies. Process of reproduction and business of a tourism agency. Market concept and business policy in tourist mediation. Sales policy (placement). Promotional policy. Organization of tourism agency.
