Course objectives

  • To justify the need to draw up a complete functional classification of the tourist attraction base as the basis for the development of a destination tourist product
  • Analyze, systematize and classify tourist attractions and create a cadaster and atlas of tourist attractions in a destination
  • Develop and market valuable tourist attractions of a destination

Tourism resource base, functional structure of tourism resource base, phenomenology of tourism attractions, defining a tourism destination, objectives, tasks and principles of functional classification of tourism attractions, Multidimensional model of classification of tourism attractions, Proposal of detailed classification of tourism attractions, development of tourism attractions, market valuation of tourism attractions , cadaster and atlases of tourism attractions, Tourism attraction base and tourism of special interest, levels, forms and key groups of complex tourism products based on tourism attractions.
