Course objectives

The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the issues of preparation, design, implementation, coordination and control of the project as the basic tools for adapting to the demands of a turbulent market.

  • Identify the features of a project, program, portfolio, project management and project manager
  • Assess the interest and impact of interest groups / individuals on project activities
  • Propose the appropriate type of funding for a specific project

  • Propose methods of selecting projects
  • Create a project proposal with defined goals, worked out activities, results, time schedule and project budget

  • Determine the procurement process of the project
  • Recommend a way to implement the project
  • Establish the project reporting process
  • Choose an appropriate risk management strategy
  • Select the appropriate project control methods
