Course outcomes
- Identify all phases of an enterprise entrepreneurship development
- Demonstrate the procedure for launching an entrepreneurial project
- Anticipate possible business issues
- Critically evaluate the work of the enterprise and provide suggestions for improvement
- Create a project development application and make it into the Report on My Practical training
Course content
- Introduce a student with leading and managing a small and medium-sized enterprise,
- Establish all the economic and social prerequisites for successful operations and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,
- Establish the procedure for launching new business ventures and financing them
- Determine the specificities of cost, inventory, human resources and business risks and management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Elaborate all stages of a start-up of a small and medium-sized enterprise
