Course objectives

Course outcomes

  • Identify all phases of an enterprise entrepreneurship development
  • Demonstrate the procedure for launching an entrepreneurial project
  • Anticipate possible business issues
  • Critically evaluate the work of the enterprise and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Create a project development application and make it into the Report on My Practical training
 

Course content

  • Introduce a student with leading and managing a small and medium-sized enterprise,
  • Establish all the economic and social prerequisites for successful operations and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,
  • Establish the procedure for launching new business ventures and financing them
  • Determine the specificities of cost, inventory, human resources and business risks and management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Elaborate all stages of a start-up of a small and medium-sized enterprise
