Course objectives

Understanding the importance of human resource / potentials and human resources management in realizing competitive capabilities and benefits of modern organizations and the importance of human resources management to meet employee needs.

  • Analyze and evaluate the content of work places and jobs
  • Establish job descriptions according to the organization's own requirements in accordance with the organization's strategic focus
  • Create job assignments and establish performance standards consistent with the organization's strategic orientation
