Course objectives
Understanding the importance of human resource / potentials and human resources management (HRM) in realizing competitive capabilities and benefits of modern organizations and the importance of human resources management to meet employee needs

Course content
The meaning of human resource management. Differences between personal function and human resource function. Content of human resource management. Specificity of human resource management. Human resource management development: initiating changes, changes in the environment, changes in management, global human resource management. Internal and external factors of human resource management. Planning and obtaining human resources. Analysis and design of work. Selection and scheduling. Tracking your work performance. Material and intangible remuneration strategies.
