From May 8th to 12th, 2023, the International Staff Week ’23 was held, organized by Sopot University of Applied Sciences in Poland, in which we also participated. The event was attended by teachers and staff from Germany, Sweden, Moldova, Ukraine, and Croatia. Each of us presented our institution and highlighted what it is known for and how it operates. Additionally, through numerous discussions and debates, we addressed issues in higher education and social and economic challenges in business. New acquaintances were made, and mutual experiences were exchanged. Apart from the work part of the International Staff Week ’23, there was also time to explore Sopot and Gdansk and for pleasant socializing. The hosts from Sopot University of Applied Sciences were extremely welcoming, and we truly felt welcome.
