Course objectives
- Manage whole-day stay of guests in rural tourism facilities
- Create programs i.e. activities during the leisure time of guests
- Organize cultural and creative animation programs in tourism

- Identify the basic characteristics of the tourist stay.
- Plan and design guest stay in the house, yard and garden.
- Plan and design the stay of guests on agricultural land and in the forest.
- Plan and design a tour of tourist attractions in the area.
- Establish and organize common programs and itineraries for more neighboring tourism and hospitality businesses in rural tourism.

- Recommend leisure projects according to the principles of animation for the needs of tourists including adequate means and equipment.
- Organize leisure time activities, including the educational aspect, by analyzing space and resources, in accordance with precautionary and safety regulations.
- Critically evaluate leisure activities by selecting animation educational resources and techniques.
- Recommend leisure activities in a natural environment, respecting the principles of environmental protection and occupational safety measures.
- Recommend the form of active vacation in a specific rural area according to the characteristics of the resource base.
- Suggest a plan (design content) for an active vacation in a particular rural destination.
- Establish a procedure for monitoring and evaluating the quality of entertainment and leisure activities, selecting a strategy, techniques and tools to identify areas for improving activities.

- Identify and evaluate the potentials of cultural heritage and specialized cultural contents.
- Plan and design a cultural program guided by the criteria and guidelines of strategic planning and conceptual framework of cultural management and the principles of cultural dynamics of cultural-entertainment activities and animation.
- Critically analyze available resources related to cultural activities necessary for their implementation.
- Recommend cultural-entertainment activities with the marketing and communication activities necessary for the realization of cultural interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate cultural programs and interventions, applying quality assurance criteria.

- Conceptualize the tourism entertainment in various areas where you can perform and organize the space for tourist entertainment, analyzing the organizational and functional structure.
- Manage human resources involved in animation according to strategic guidelines and company guidelines.
- Recommend tourism entertainment programs, taking into account the needs of users and the opportunity for interventions.
- Evaluate evening sittings and shows, tailored to the tourist atmosphere with the features of the participants.
- Monitor and control the activities of tourist entertainment from the aspect of operationality, economy and administration and evaluate them by implementing a quality management system.
