Offer and demand for work. Quality of work: investing in human capital: concept and data. Determining wages. Labor market equilibrium. Population, employment and unemployment. Productivity of the workforce. Discrimination in labor markets. Country and labor market: employment, consumption and taxation. Country and labor market: legislation and regulation. Unions and collective bargaining. Economic influence of trade unions.
