Course objectives

Course content

  • To introduce students to the management and management of small and medium enterprises,
  • Establish all the economic and social prerequisites for successful business operations and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,
  • Establish the procedure for launching new business ventures and financing them
  • Determine the specificities of cost, inventory, human resources and business risks and management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Develop all stages of start-ups of small and medium enterprises
