Course objectives

Introduce to a student the basic principles of quality management. Point to the ability to use quality management tools in organizations

Course content

Concept and quality management theory. Basic quality management asumptions. Quality and business score - quality costs. Quality management systems. Development of ISO norms. Total quality management - TQM. Six sigma concept. LEAN management. Tools and methods of quality management. Integrated and other management systems. Accreditation, certification and supervision.
