Course objectives
To introduce a student with the basics of organization, i.e. with the basic elements that affect, shape and form it.
Course outcomes
- Define the basic concepts related to the organization, its role, characteristics and specifics properly.
- Analyze the number of factors affecting the organization as well as the organizational structure.
- Analyze the importance of elements that affect organizational structure
- Properly analyze the common problems faced by the organization
Course content
Organization basics; concept and definition of organization, goals, type, role and meaning. Organizational principles and methods. Classical, neoclassical and modern theory. Organization form factors; internal organizational factors (goals and strategies, tasks and technology, size, life cycle of an organization, employees). External organizational factors (institutional conditions, integration processes, market); development of science and technology. Organizational structure. Organization of elements of an organizational structure. Management; term and definition; relationship between management and leadership; management levels and decision making. Organizational dynamics; term and definition of change. Factors and types of change; organizational culture. Conflicts in organization; conflict management. Company as an object of organization. Concept and definition of companies (entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, legal forms). Organization and analysis of functions; function of research and study of products. Resolving organizational issues. Research and design of the organization; development of organization.
