Course objectives

Introduce to the students the importance and role of communication in achieving goals of business organizations.

Course content

Concept of communication, types and forms of communication. Communication model and elements of communication. Psychological determinants of communication. Mass media analysis. Marketing communication. Written communication. Presentations, meetings and negotiations. Presentation and introduction. Business etiquette, business dress and business lunch. Collaboration with the media and image. Communication and interpersonal relations. The role of communication in achieving competitive advantages.
